If you usually take Exit 32 at Al Thumama Interchange—heads up. Qatar’s Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a temporary closure of this exit starting midnight on Friday, June 27, 2025.

The closure affects motorists coming from Mesaieed Road toward Sabah Al Ahmed Corridor (Abu Hamour). The move is part of scheduled maintenance work and has been coordinated with the General Directorate of Traffic to keep things as smooth as possible.

Ashghal is urging commuters to follow the signposted detour routes to reach Bu Hamour and surrounding areas. Maps with alternative routes have been shared via official channels to help guide traffic during the maintenance period.
