Qatar to Host the FIFA Arab Cup in 2025!

Qatar, having successfully hosted the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023, anticipates hosting the FIFA Arab Cup again in 2025.

Minister of Sports and Youth and Chairman of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 Local Organizing Committee, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, expressed the tournament's exceptional success and revealed plans for the FIFA Arab Cup's future edition.

He stated that, in cooperation with FIFA and the Union of Arab Football Associations (UAFA), the tournament is expected to be organized next year after finalizing the necessary arrangements.

While Sheikh Hamad assured the forthcoming announcement of the tournament's date, location, and hosting mechanism, Qatar previously hosted the inaugural edition of the FIFA Arab Cup in 2021, establishing a pattern of successful football events in preparation for the upcoming FIFA World Cup in 2022.

The tournament will be held next year, God willing, after completing some arrangements, indicating that the date, location, and hosting mechanism in the future will be announced soon,” Sheikh Hamad said.

“I am not authorized to talk about this tournament officially, but the tournament will be held again, God willing,” he added.
