MoI Says Precautionary Evacuations Apply on Specified Areas

The Ministry of Interior has clarified that recent temporary precautionary evacuation measures apply exclusively to residents in designated areas who received notifications through the National Alert System.

This statement aims to address public concerns and ensure accurate information dissemination regarding the specified regions affected.

In an update shared on the X platform, the ministry emphasized that safe alternative accommodations have been arranged for those impacted by the evacuations. Additionally, some residents have opted to relocate to secure locations of their own choosing while awaiting the resolution of the security situation.

To assist those affected, the ministry has provided a dedicated hotline, urging individuals covered by the temporary evacuation orders to reach out via (40442999) for support or inquiries about the current measures.

Highlighting the importance of credible information, the ministry has strongly advised the public to rely solely on updates from official sources. Furthermore, citizens and residents are encouraged to comply with all instructions issued by competent authorities to ensure safety during this period.

The precautionary evacuation measures underscore the government’s focus on safeguarding the public and addressing security concerns in the targeted areas, assuring a swift response to mitigate risks effectively.
