Qatar: Missiles Intercepted, No Casualties Reported

Qatar’s Defence Ministry said that its air defence systems intercepted the missiles targeting Al Udeid Air Base in the country on Monday, June 23.
The ministry released a statement on social media, saying that no casualties were reported in the attack, because of "the vigilance of the armed forces and precautionary measures taken”.
Iran launched a retaliatory attack on the US base in Qatar, following the temporary closure of the latter's airspace. The country's neighbor, the UAE, also closed its airspace after the attack.
Iran's attack followed the US' attack on the former's nuclear sites on Saturday, June 23.
