The International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) has drawn up a list of 7 names of candidates for the “The Best” award for the best goalkeeper in the world, at the ceremony that will be held on February 27.

Goalkeepers will be evaluated according to their performance during the period from August 8, 2021, to December 18, 2022.

The list of nominees for the “The Best” award, according to the “FIFA” website, included:

Alisson Becker (Brazil)

Age: 30 years

Club: Liverpool

International matches: 61

Alisson won the League Cup and the FA Cup with Liverpool, and he was previously crowned with the award in 2019 when he reached the Champions League final with the “Reds”.

Yacine Bounou (Morocco)
