Qatar Airways’ Business Class is the Best in the World, Survey Reports

According to the prestigious Skytrax World Airline Awards which was held in Paris, Qatar Airways Business class got the highest votes in terms of “the best” in the world for the tenth consecutive year.

International passengers took part in the largest airline passenger satisfaction survey, which include travelers from around the world.

The World Airline Awards were first established in 1999 to provide a genuinely worldwide customer satisfaction assessment.

Qatar Airways also won a prize for the Al Mourjan Lounge at Hamad International Airport at the Skytrax 2023 World Airline Awards, showcasing its competitive advantage in the World’s Best Business Class Lounge category.

Al Mourjan Lounge was also ranked as the top honor for the best business-class lounge dining in the world. Qatar Airways has additionally received an award for the 'Best Airline' in the Middle East for the eleventh time in the awards’ history.

Three other awards, including Best Airline in the Middle East, Best Business Class Lounge, and Best Business Class Lounge Dining, show that Qatar Airways’ industry dominance as well as its high level of innovation and dedication is evident.
