In a report, the Qatari Al-Kass channels reviewed details and exclusive photos of the Doha Corniche development project and the form it will appear in during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, and the most prominent events and activities that will be presented to the masses.

The report showed the presence of large numbers of kiosks with restaurants, cafes, and entertainment areas, and 4 large theaters where some shows and parties will hold.

In the northern area of Doha Corniche, there will be a large event, the "Saudi House", in Al Dafna Park, near the Sheraton area, with many activities open to all audiences.

In order to allow many entrepreneurs to be a part of the event, there will be a number of retail stores stretching over 6 km in addition to broadcast screens for matches.

The Doha Corniche Sea is witnessing many activities, including the water taxi that takes the fan on a tour of the Doha Corniche area, as well as the presentation of the Qatari bearings and the grand celebration for the inauguration of the Doha Corniche project on November 19 under the name “Hayakom in Qatar” in cooperation with Katara Studio, composer and Qatari artist Wael Ben Ali, in cooperation and partnership with Qatar Music Institute.

November 19 will be the official opening of the Corniche events and on the same day will be the opening of the FIFA Fan Festival.

The event will last for approximately 23 minutes and will include an audio-visual display with the participation of drones and fireworks to create a beautiful and surprising painting, and it will be the official opening of the event.

Khaled Al-Mawlawi, Deputy Director General for Marketing, Communications, and Tournament Experience at the Supreme Committee for Projects, said that the event will continue over the 29 days of the tournament.

He explained: In the daytime, there will be a smaller version that will be repeated every half hour, which is about musical fountains with some simple performances ranging from 4 to 5 minutes.

Regarding the fireworks, he explained that the largest show will be at the opening and daily in the evening period with the main show at 9 pm.

Al-Bidaa Park in Doha will host the FIFA Fan Festival, which includes 5 events:

- Live broadcast of all tournament matches on huge outdoor screens.

- Shows of the best international music works, and live performances by some of the most famous artists from Qatar and the world.

- Matches with the participation of FIFA legends, and interactive platforms for fans.

- Innovative entertainment from tournament sponsors and the FIFA Store for 2022 World Cup branded products.

It is worth noting that the World Cup will start on November 20 with the opening match between Qatar and Ecuador at Al Bayt Stadium, and the tournament, whose final match will be hosted by Lusail Stadium on December 18, will witness 64 matches within 29 days.
