Estithmar Holding Unveils Its New Trademark at Project Qatar

For more than 17 years, Project Qatar has been one of the most important international exhibitions in the field of construction technology and building materials in Qatar and the region.

During the opening ceremonies of the merged shows at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C displayed its new trademark.

Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al-Abdullah Al Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry, opened the exhibition and strolled through the pavilions to learn about the services and goods offered by the exhibitors.

The mega event, which merged the 18th International Construction Technology and Building Materials Exhibition, Project Qatar 2022, and the 7th International Hospitality and HORECA Exhibition, Hospitality Qatar 2022, started on June 6 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center under the topic "One Show, Multiple Opportunities."

As part of his initial tour, the Minister of Commerce and Industry stopped by the Estithmar Holding pavilion, where he was informed by the group's CEO, Henrik Christiansen, about the group's current large projects.

The brief focused on the upcoming Doha Winter Wonderland, as well as an international restaurant district, concert venue, beach club, and hospitality, catering, and event management services provided by its subsidiaries.

The Council of Saudi Chambers' delegation also visited the Estithmar Holding booth, where they met the CEO and other corporate leaders. The delegation was given an overview of the company's recent expansions as well as its overall growth.

Ambassadors from around the world, including Turkish, Malaysian, Indonesian, Sri Lankan, Bruneian, and Kazakhstani ambassadors, made a visit to the company's pavilion.

"Our new trademark represents Estithmar Holding's futuristic strategy and ambitious expansion plan in multiple sectors, which will positively enhance business growth and continuity while also contributing to increasing shareholder value," said Henrik Christiansen, Estithmar Holding's Chief Executive Officer.

The company displayed its noteworthy projects in key thriving industries throughout the exhibition.

The Al Maha Island project in Lusail is the pinnacle of their tourism efforts, as it is slated to become tourism, entertainment, and leisure hub for Qatar, with over 1.5 million visitors projected every year.

It offers a diverse selection of entertainment, hotel, and culinary options, including Doha Winter Wonderland, which spans 92,000 square meters and features 100 rides.

A music stadium with a capacity of 7,000 people, as well as the Nammos beach club, are located on the island.

Diners will be able to choose from a variety of international restaurants, including Zuma, Billionaire, LPM, Dokya, and Em Sherif, as well as a selection of the most well-known local restaurants.

"In terms of healthcare projects, by the end of this year, we plan to open two international hospitals in collaboration with recognized international healthcare organizations," Christiansen stated.

"The View Hospital, in collaboration with American Cedars-Sinai, is the first. The hospital has 244 beds and 71 elegant treatment rooms, while the Korean Medical Center was built in collaboration with Korea's best medical service providers. There are 46 outpatient clinics, 18 operating beds, and three operating rooms on the premises."

Estithmar Holding stated last week that its subsidiaries had created six new businesses in the tourism, entertainment, hospitality, and catering sectors. The overall number of linked companies now stands at 45.

This development is a significant indicator of the firm's success, especially in promising sectors with expanding demand, which would result in increased revenues for the company.
