The tournament kicks off with a Champions Class Coaching Clinic on February 5 at ACS Doha International School, giving young players a chance to train under experienced coaches before game day.

From February 6, the action moves to QBF, with games running daily from 7am to 7pm. Semi-final rounds take place on February 7, while the final day on February 8 returns to ACS Doha International School for the closing games from 4pm to 10pm.
