All You Need to Know About the Hayya Service Centers

Anyone attending the World Cup tournament and festivities must have a Hayya Card or Fan ID. Additionally, it enables spectators to travel for free while the tournament is ongoing.

There are physical and digital versions of the Hayya Card. The Hayya to Qatar 2022 smartphone app allows users to download the digital version. You can obtain the physical Hayya Card by visiting one of the Hayya Service Centers or requesting it through your Hayya profile.

The screen will display the visitor's queue number and the booth number that will help them as they wait. Visitors are urged to take a seat and wait for this number.

How to request a physical Hayya Card

  • Have the Hayya to Qatar 2022 mobile app ready with your digital Hayya Card.

Tell the employees that you want to get your actual Hayya Card.

  • Obtain your queue number, then wait for it to appear on the screen.
  • Once your booth number is called, head there.
  • Show off your electronic Hayya Card and wait for the approval.
  • Await the printing of the Hayya Card.

To process your physical Hayya Card, you must have an approved digital Hayya Card status on the mobile application.

Printing the Hayya Card takes about two to three minutes and is free.
