All About The Futuristic Union 71 Project

RTA has called upon the business community locally, regionally and internationally to submit their offers to contribute to the development of mixed-use Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project above Union Metro Station on (PPP) basis.

The move aims to promote public-private partnership (PPP) as Union is one of Dubai Metro’s busiest interchange stations in Deira area.

Named as the ‘Union 71’ the project will boost a mix of commercial, residential and retail units.

The location is aptly suitable for TOD as the metro, bus and marine stations are in close vicinity.

Another project worth attention is ‘Saahat Deira,’ which is to be developed as Rooftop entertainment Plaza / Café with Car Park.

The two projects are just half a kilometer away from each other, forming a synergy for development.

 Short-lists will be decided upon based on the technical and financial competencies and proposed revenue models.
