The Gulf Railway Authority confirmed that the much-anticipated Gulf Railway Project is set to finish by December 2030. Once complete, the mega project will stretch across 2,117 kilometers, linking all six GCC countries in one seamless rail network.

Fast Trains, Smooth Connections

Expect passenger trains zipping at over 200 km/h, while freight trains will cruise between 80–120 km/h. The system will tie into ports and logistics hubs, giving trade and travel across the region a major upgrade.
