PSG Crushes Inter 5-0 to Win First Champions League Title

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) obliterated Inter Milan 5-0 in the UEFA Champions League final on Saturday night in Munich, capturing the club’s first-ever European title in jaw-dropping fashion.

After years of splurging on world-class signings and falling short on Europe’s biggest stage, PSG has finally found glory—not through superstar egos, but through team chemistry, strategy, and a new generation of talent.

Leading the charge? 19-year-old French forward Désiré Doué, who scored twice, assisted once, and lit up the pitch before being subbed off to a standing ovation. "I don't have words," said Doué. "But what I can say is, ‘Thank you Paris,’ we did it.”

He and fellow teen Senny Mayulu, who also found the back of the net, joined Champions League legends Patrick Kluivert and Carlos Alberto as the only teenagers to ever score in a final.

Coach Luis Enrique—the mastermind behind PSG’s shift from galáctico culture to homegrown hustle—finally delivered what the club's Qatari owners have long sought: Europe’s most prestigious trophy.

Other goal scorers included Achraf Hakimi and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, sealing the largest winning margin in a Champions League final since the competition began 70 years ago.

For Inter Milan, it was another heartbreak—this marks their second loss in a UCL final in three years, after their 2023 defeat to Manchester City.

From heartbreak in 2020 to complete domination in 2025, PSG’s rise to the top has been anything but ordinary—and now, it's unforgettable.
