“Excitement is building for the first edition of the Qatar show in Doha, which is now only a few months away. We’re on track to make the event the new, top-tier motor show for the Middle East, bridging the gap between the exciting automotive industries in the East and West, " Sandro Mesquita, CEO of the Geneva International Motor Show, said Sandro Mesquita, CEO of the Geneva International Motor Show.

The event has been scheduled to run concurrently with the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2023, which will also take place in Doha from October 6th–8th.

The complete schedule of events for GIMS Qatar will shortly be made public. A Forum for the Future of Car Design will be hosted at the National Museum of Qatar, among other events.
