ChatGPT Creator Sam Altman to Visit Qatar 'This Week'

Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, the American AI research company that created the AI-powered chatbot ChatGPT, is heading to Qatar this week.

The anticipated visit -- which is seen as a recognition of the Gulf's digital advancement -- comes as part of a world tour to meet with users, developers, and policymakers.

Despite Altman stating that Qatar was a part of his tour, it is still unclear as to when exactly he would visit the country and which part of Qatar he would be in during his visit.
