Qataris Can Now Enter Peru Visa-Free for Up to 183 Days

Qatari citizens can now travel to Peru without a visa for stays of up to 183 days, according to a recent announcement by Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on July 14, 2025.

How Long You Can Stay

The 183-day visa exemption applies to both single long visits and multiple shorter trips within a one-year period. The count begins from the first date of entry into Peru. Travelers are reminded that their passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival.

A Boost for Travel and Ties

This update is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen diplomatic and tourism relations between Qatar and Peru. It also offers more travel flexibility for Qatari nationals looking to explore Latin America or conduct business in the region without lengthy visa procedures.
