Qatar to Host a Design Exhibition in Solidarity with Gaza on This Date

Art enthusiasts will be happy to know that  Msheireb Properties and the Doha Design District are hosting a design exhibition titled “Amplifying Voices of Palestine through the Power of Design” on Dec. 21 at Sikkat Wadi Msheireb.

What is the Design Exhibition About?

The “Amplifying Voices of Palestine through the Power of Design” exhibition was organized in solidarity with Palestine. 

Four designs were chosen to be showcased in the exhibition, which symbolize 'peace and hope' for the Palestinians in the Gaza conflict, according to Doha Design District’s Senior Concept Manager Shaikha Al Sulaiti.

The designs are from the following designers:

• Zainab AlShibani 
• Amanda and Jo Booabbood 

• Nasser Alkubaisi  
• Fatima Abbas.

Designers from around the world were invited to submit their artwork for this exhibition and the designs to be exhibited were selected carefully by a jury from Msheireb Properties and iGuzzini.

Who Can Attend the Exhibition?

The event will be open to the public so everyone from art enthusiasts to aspiring designers is welcome to the exhibition.

Donations from the Exhibition's Sales to Gaza

Cute postcards of fourteen winning designs will be on sale at the exhibition.

Revenue from these sales will be donated to the Education Above All Foundation which will support the people in Gaza through this donation.
