Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, didn’t hold back during his speech at the Arab and Islamic Summit in Doha on Sunday. He condemned Israel’s aggression, calling it nothing short of “state terrorism.”
Aggression Against Qatar
The Prime Minister said the assault on Qatar’s sovereignty isn’t just about territory—it’s a violation of international law, diplomatic norms, and basic ethics. He made it clear this attack is also a direct hit on Qatar’s role as a mediator for peace.

Warning the World
He warned that silence from the international community only fuels more aggression. According to him, Israel’s actions undermine negotiations and are emboldened by the world’s failure to hold it accountable.
Qatar Won’t Back Down
Despite the pressure, Qatar is doubling down on its mediation efforts alongside Egypt and the US. The Prime Minister made it clear that Israel’s tactics won’t stop Qatar from pushing for peace in Gaza.
Justice Before Peace
Ending his speech, he stressed that lasting stability in the region is impossible until Palestinians gain their legitimate rights. Without justice for Palestine, he said, peace will remain out of reach.
