Prince of Riyadh Inaugurates Two Lounges at King Khalid Airport

The Governor of Riyadh, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, inaugurated yesterday, Monday, Terminals 3 and 4 at King Khalid International Airport, to facilitate the entry of World Cup fans into Saudi territory.

During the opening, Prince Faisal bin Bandar said that this step reflects the tangible giving of this country to its children, noting that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman view these achievements with appreciation and consideration.

The Minister of Transport and Logistics, Saleh Al-Jasser, stated that the Kingdom aims to turn into a global logistics center, relying on strong infrastructure and investments amounting to one billion Saudi riyals in the maritime and air sector.

He added that the new halls were equipped to serve fans in various regions of the Kingdom, in addition to facilitating free frequent flights from the Al-Ahsa region to the border with the State of Qatar.
