Balqees Fathi To Perform Live at the National Convention Centre

Balqees Fathi, a singer and actress from Yemen and the UAE, is scheduled to perform live at the Qatar National Convention Centre in Ar-Rayyan City, Qatar, on April 24th. During the performance, she will present a selection of her latest and most well-known songs.

Born on October 20, 1984, Balqees Fathi comes from a family with a background in the arts. Her father, Ahmed Fathi, was a renowned musician from Yemen.

Balqees Fathi started her musical journey at a young age, learning to sing and play instruments. She launched her first album, "Majnoun," in 2013, marking the beginning of her professional music career.

Balqees Fathi was awarded a star on the Dubai Stars walkway in Downtown Dubai on her birthday, October 20th, 2019, in recognition of her achievements. In August 2021, a wax figure of her was unveiled at Madame Tussauds in Dubai. She was also selected to collaborate with RedOne, Manal, Rahma Riad, and Nora Fatehi to present "Light The Sky," the official song for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, which premiered in October 2022.
