Etisalat and Du are suspending telecom services and charging fees for reconnection of its services for those late in end-of-month phone bill payments.

Payment for the telecom services is allowed till the 15th of every month for UAE residents. Those who pay on time can maintain a good credit score.

The reconnection fee for Etisalat users will mount to AED26.25 (inclusive of VAT).

Etisalat makes the complete postpaid bill available on their app and sends customers a copy via email on the first day of every month.

Customers have the option to register their credit/debit card for Etisalat’s auto-pay service, which automatically deducts your bill amount at the end of each month.
