According to a White House fact sheet, the agreements touch on aviation, defense, and strategic investments. One of the standout deals includes Qatar Airways agreeing to buy up to 210 Boeing planes, a mix of 787 Dreamliners and 777X aircraft, all powered by GE Aerospace engines. That alone is valued at a whopping $96 billion.
Another part of the deal outlines a statement of intent that could lead to around $38 billion in investments. These would go toward enhancing Qatar’s Al Udeid Air Base, boosting air defense systems, and strengthening maritime security infrastructure.
The fact sheet emphasizes that these deals are not just symbolic, they’re expected to create jobs, deepen defense cooperation, and fuel economic growth between the two countries.
This agreement marks one of the largest U.S.-Qatar partnerships to date and underscores Qatar's ongoing role as a strategic ally in the region.
