In a move set to shake up Qatar’s luxury real estate scene, Qatari Diar and Dar Global are teaming up to launch the country’s first-ever Trump-branded development, according to sources quoted by Reuters.

The announcement was made Wednesday, and the project will feature the Trump International Golf Course and a collection of Trump Villas along Qatar’s northern Simaisma coastline.

The development is part of the $5.5 billion Simaisma project, a sprawling 7 km beachfront destination 40 minutes outside Doha. Designed as a mega entertainment and lifestyle hub, Simaisma will include a full 18-hole golf course, luxury accommodations, and a Land of Legends theme park, promising a high-profile fusion of leisure, real estate, and branded living.

The deal coincides with a regional visit by Eric Trump, executive at the Trump Organization and son of former U.S. President Donald Trump. Speaking to Reuters, Eric stated, "The whole region wants security so local economies can flourish," adding that the Gulf is invested in the stability of U.S. partnerships.

This marks yet another major collaboration between the Trump Organization and Dar Global, the international real estate arm of Saudi-based Dar Al Arkan. The two entities have already announced Trump-branded towers in Dubai, Jeddah, and Riyadh, as well as additional projects in Oman.

President Donald Trump is expected to visit Qatar in the coming weeks as part of a broader Middle East tour, with stops also slated for Saudi Arabia and the UAE. During his visit, he’s anticipated to ink multiple investment agreements, further deepening ties between his organization and Gulf-based developers.

With Qatar’s appetite for upscale developments growing and tourism on the rise, the Simaisma Trump project could be a major signal of the country's ambition to align luxury, branding, and global real estate prestige under one sun-soaked roof.
