Starting October 21, 2025, Qatar Airways will connect Doha to Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea with three weekly flights. This makes The Red Sea the airline’s 12th destination in the Kingdom.
Boost for Luxury Tourism
The new route will give travelers easy access to the Red Sea’s pristine islands, barrier reefs, and luxury hotels. With more resorts opening soon, the area is being positioned as a world-class getaway for wellness, adventure, and culture.

Qatar Airways is now the only airline linking The Red Sea to more than 170 destinations worldwide. With over 130 weekly flights across Saudi Arabia, the airline strengthens the Kingdom’s appeal to international travelers from Asia, Europe, and beyond.
