The Ministry of Interior (MoI) announced the temporary closure of the Lusail Intersection EM1 for a month from 3 a.m. on Aug. 30 until Sep. 30.

The Lusail Intersection EM1 is located close to the Lusail Stadium area.
Motorists have been advised to use alternative routes and follow directional signs on the map shared by MoI.
Motorists have been advised to use the roads to North Lusail or to Fox Hills North.
The Ministry shared the news on the X platform so that drivers can be cautious when driving through the route and avoid any accidents from happening.
Recently, the Ministry also shared a back-to-school road safety message for students starting the new academic year.
