Qatars Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy has announced that Corniche Street will reopen fully on December 25 after being closed from Monday, December 19 at 5pm.

The road from the Sheraton intersection to the Ras Abu Aboud intersection has been partially reopened in a one-way direction.
Corniche Street will be partially reopened in a one-way direction(from the Sheraton intersection to Ras Abu Aboud intersection) as of December 19 at 5:00 PM as shown below:

Metro operating hours will also return to normal from today Tuesday, December 20. Hayya Card holders can still use the Doha Metro for free until Friday December 23.

The Doha Metro and Lusail Tram will now be open between 5.30am and midnight from Sunday to Wednesday, from 5.30am until 1am on Thursdays, from 2pm until 1am on Fridays, and between 6am and midnight on Saturdays.
More than 3.6 million people visited the Corniche over the course of the tournament, and 1.6 million fans watched the game or enjoyed the festivities at the FIFA Fan Festival.
