The emotional finale saw the 30-year-old journalist receive the coveted golden crown from outgoing queen Christine Juliane “CJ” Opiaza, also from the Philippines, marking the country’s second consecutive win and a historic back-to-back victory at the prestigious international pageant.
Throughout the competition, Tiglao captivated both judges and fans with her charisma, confidence, and eloquence, ultimately sealing her victory with a powerful response during the final Q&A segment.
The pageant’s Top 5 included:
- 1st Runner-Up: Thailand
- 2nd Runner-Up: Spain

Now in its 13th edition, the Miss Grand International 2025 competition opened with a high-energy production featuring all 77 candidates in dazzling metallic costumes. The group was later narrowed down to the Top 20, which included the winner of the fan-voted “Country’s Power of the Year.”
As the new global ambassador for the organization’s “Stop the War and Violence” campaign, Tiglao is expected to base herself in Thailand and travel internationally to promote peace and humanitarian causes.

Her first major title came in 2019 when she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental, eventually representing her country in Egypt and finishing in the Top 20.
