The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced that a section of Bu Merzaz Street in the Al Kharaitiyat neighborhood would be temporarily closed in both directions between Al Kharaitiyat Street and Street 12.
In cooperation with the General Directorate of Traffic, the closure will start on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 6:00 AM, and it will continue for one month.

According to Al Kharaitiyat and Izghawa's Road and Infrastructure Development Project's Package 1, The purpose of the closure is to complete the final asphalt layer work on the street.
Road signs directing drivers to the closure will be placed by the Public Works Authority. Ashghal advises that everyone abide by the set speed limits and traffic laws to ensure everyone's safety.
