DFI to Host 'Movie Under the Stars' Night on This Date

The Doha Film Institute (DFI) will host a 'Movie Under the Stars' night for cinephiles at the Souq Al Wakra Hotel on Mar. 28 and Apr. 4.

The event will give cinephiles a taste of an exciting outdoor cinema experience, which cannot be missed!

'Movie Under the Stars' will run from 9:00 p.m. until 10:15 p.m. on both days.

On Thursday, Mar. 28, the following short films will be screened:

• Al Johara by Nora Al-Subai-26 minutes
• Fraiha by Amal Al-Shamari and Hossein Haydar-6 minutes
• Emsahar by Hassan Al-Jahni-7 minutes
• Khurshid by Mazen Shafea and Mohamed Elamin-8 minutes
• Sh'hab by Amal Al-Muftah-13 minutes
• Al Muqana3 by Tarek Abu-Esber-6 minutes

On Monday, Apr. 8, the following short films will be screened:

• Ya Hoota by Abdulaziz Yousif and Latifa Al-Darwish-11 minutes
• Land of Pearls by Mohammed Al-Ibrahim-12 minutes
• Gubgub by Nouf Al Sulaiti-9 minutes
• Hope by Abdulla Mohammed Al-Janahi-9 minutes
• Under the Lemon Tree by Noor Al-Asswad-10 minutes
• Kashta by A.J. Al-Thani-11 minutes
