The festival will start with a ceremony on February 1st to celebrate the 2022 WISE Awards winners before opening to the public on February 2nd.

It will help young people expand their skills in several areas, including arts, well-being, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, technology, science, and coding.

The free DLD festival will offer more than 50 daytime school workshops for students from across schools in Qatar, as well as educational group sessions, and other learning activities that are both experiential and innovative.

The festival is designed to take learning out of formal education settings to foster a vibrant learning ecosystem locally.

CEO of WISE, Stavros N. Yiannouka, said: "With our content partners, Doha Learning Days will create an engaging environment for informal learning. The festival's ideal location at Msheireb Museums in the very heart of Doha meets our vision for creating a dynamic community-based setting where youth are empowered to connect their classroom learning with the skills to discover and map their strengths, talents, and purpose in innovative ways."
