6 eggs
3 potatoes - boiled and cut into large cubes
1 can of corned beef
2 green chillies - slice
1 large onion - sliced
2 clove of garlic - chopped
1 tsp ground coriander seeds/coriander powder
1 tsp ground cumin/cumin powder
Freshly cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro for garnishing

    Sauté onions, green chillies, and garlic until golden. Add ground coriander, cumin, and black pepper, stirring well. Introduce corned beef and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Combine Ingredients

    Mix in boiled potatoes, ensuring they're well coated in the flavorful mixture. Season with additional black pepper to taste.
  3. Bake and Serve
