Manika Vishwakarma Crowned Miss Universe India 2025

In a radiant ceremony held on August 18, 2025, in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Manika Vishwakarma was crowned Miss Universe India 2025 by outgoing titleholder Rhea Singha. The grand finale, organized by the Glamanand Group in collaboration with K Sera Sera Box Office, featured 48 contestants vying for the prestigious crown.

A native of Sri Ganganagar and currently pursuing her final year in Political Science and Economics while residing in Delhi, Manika has consistently impressed both on and off the stage.

Her win comes on the heels of her previous title as Miss Universe Rajasthan, showcasing a journey marked by ambition and perseverance.

Manika is more than just a titleholder—she is a multitalented individual. A trained classical dancer and accomplished visual artist, her work has been acknowledged by prestigious institutions such as the Lalit Kala Akademi and Sir J. J. School of Art. Additionally, she represented India at the BIMSTEC Sewocon, an initiative under the Ministry of External Affairs.

Advocacy is a central part of her life’s mission. She is the founder of Neuronova, a platform dedicated to reshaping perceptions of neurodivergence, including ADHD, positioning these traits as strengths rather than limitations.

During the final round, Manika was asked to choose between women's education and economic support for impoverished families. She eloquently chose education—arguing that “educating women doesn’t just change one life, it transforms communities and nations”. Her thoughtful and visionary response reportedly secured her the crown.

In the finale, the runners-up included:

  • First runner-up: Tanya Sharma (Uttar Pradesh)

  • Second runner-up: Mehak Dhingra (Haryana)

  • Third runner-up: Amishi Kaushik (Haryana).

Following her crowning moment, Manika expressed heartfelt gratitude, thanking mentors, educators, family, and friends for their unwavering support as she embarks on her preparations to represent India at the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand this November (2025).
