Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has confirmed that Zakat Al Fitr for Ramadan 2026 is set at QR15 per person. The announcement was made through its Zakat Fund Department.

QR15 Per Individual
The fixed amount applies to every individual. Donors can also authorize the Zakat Fund Department to handle their Zakat Al Fitr on their behalf for the month.
Once authorized, the department takes care of buying and distributing the food to eligible families at the proper religious time — before the Eid prayer — so donors can be confident their obligation is fulfilled correctly.
Multiple Ways to Pay
To make things easier, the Zakat Fund offers several payment options. Donations can be made through the official mobile app or via the website. A centralized link for technical services is also available for streamlined access.
Prefer doing it in person? Physical collection offices are open across the country, operating in both morning and evening hours. There are also collection points set up at more than 28 mosques, with daily updates shared on official social media channels.
The department has also partnered with a specialized delivery company to ensure Zakat Al Fitr reaches eligible families as food before Eid.
