Bollywood's King Khan Shah Rukh Khan reportedly had an accident on the set of a film in Los Angeles for which he underwent surgery in the US, according to a report on Tuesday, Jul. 4.

According to the latest reports, the actor was seen with a bandage on his nose. Khan has returned to India and is recovering from his injury.
However, neither the actor nor his team have released an official statement about the incident.
A source has reported that the Bollywood star was shooting a film in Los Angeles when he hurt his nose and started bleeding profusely.
He was immediately taken to the hospital where he had to undergo a minor nose surgery, according to this source.
SRK has been previously injured several times and has also received multiple surgeries, so fans are wishing him a speedy recovery.
