A new survey revealed that 2.62 million people, representing 96.8 percent of the Qatari population are active social media users, as revealed by online reference library DataReportal.
YouTube was the most used online social platform by 2.62 million users in Qatar, followed by TikTok by 2.14 million users and Facebook by 1.95 million.
As per the report, internet speed has also increased in Qatar with a measured 78.08 Mbps for media mobile internet connection in the twelve months to the start of this year.
Also, fixed internet connection speeds in Qatar increased by 26.70 Mbps during the same period of time.
