23rd October 2025, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates: The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert has launched Gobi Sky, a rooftop destination that redefines evening experiences with Pan-Asian flavors, luxury Japanese spirits, and immersive entertainment. Designed to offer guests a vibrant, social atmosphere, Gobi Sky promises nights under the stars that are lively, luxurious, and unforgettable.
From Wednesday through Sunday, the rooftop comes alive with the sounds of the resident DJ, spinning a curated blend of sunset chill-out, nu-disco, deep house, and Asian-inspired electronica. These sunset sessions set the tone for evenings that celebrate music, flavor, and elevated social experiences.
To complement the atmosphere, Gobi Sky’s beverage experience features premium Japanese spirits and bespoke cocktails. Highlights include a curated Asian cocktail menu with selections from Suntory and Roku Gin, alongside the AKI Negroni Menu, which reimagines the classic cocktail with bold, Asian-inspired twists.
The bar snacks are also designed to enhance the beverage journey, with refined, flavor-forward offerings such as Temaki Hand Rolls with Luxe Chu Toro, Beef Rendang Burger, Wagyu Beef Yakitori, and Crispy Sweet Corn Ribs finished with seaweed furikake and togarashi spice. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to delight the senses while perfectly pairing the drinks.
Looking ahead, Gobi Sky will be introducing Night Brunch and Sakura Nights, offering a social dining experience with live stations, curated cocktails, and sensory entertainment perfect for weekend indulgences. Guests will also enjoy Suntory After Dark, featuring weekend cinema nights and live events under the stars alongside a rooftop shisha experience.
Open on weekdays from 5:00 PM to midnight and on weekends until 1:00 AM, Gobi Sky promises the perfect rooftop escape under the stars.
