Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are through to the IPL 2025 final after a commanding eight-wicket victory over Punjab Kings (PBKS) in a thrilling qualifier match.

With a clinical all-around performance, RCB proved why they’re strong contenders for the title this year.

After winning the toss and opting to bowl first, RCB's bowlers set the tone early. Suyash Sharma and Josh Hazelwood took three wickets each, and Yash Dayal took two wickets, limiting PBKS to 101 runs.

The top scorer for the team was Marcus Stoinis with 26 runs. Chasing this paltry target, RCB's Phil Salt secured 56 runs, Mayank Agarwal secured 19 runs, and Rajat Patidar secured 15 runs, helping the team defeat PBKS by 106 runs, making it to the finals of the tournament. 

This win marks a significant milestone for RCB, who are now eyeing their first-ever IPL trophy. With momentum on their side and key players firing in form, the team heads into the final brimming with confidence.
