Punjab Kings defeated Royal Challengers Bengaluru by five wickets in the Indian Premier League (IPL) match on Friday, April 18, at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
The match started with rain, which reduced it to 14 overs for each team, with playing conditions allowing for only three bowlers to bowl for four overs maximum, and one bowler was allowed two overs.
RCB were the first to bat, and the team's Tim David secured 50 runs and Rajat Patidar made 23 runs, which helped push the team's score to a total of 95 runs.
David was named the 'Player of the Match' for his half-century.
