Scientists have found tantalising new signs of a huge undiscovered planet out at the edge of the solar system. Until now, the existence of Planet Nine was only a matter of mathematical modeling, with no physical proof found during the decades of searching for it. A new study of trans-Neptunian objects, however, has now given astronomers some information on the object's physical properties that strongly argues for this model. The discovery cuts down on the area of search and moves us closer to science's confirmation of a major celestial find.
