A male expat in Qatar Mudeer Kabeer shared his story on Snapchat about the expiration of his work contract, which had left him anxious, so he requested the competent authorities to extend his work contract.

Kabeer felt very helpless at the prospect of losing his job because he has no family and nowhere else to go, which meant no support.
Nonetheless, the people of Qatar came together and pled Kabeer's case and his case was filed with the Al Meera Association in Al Wakrah, which helped Kabeer extend his work contract.

A picture was shared recently on X, which shows the man holding a rose with a card saying "Congratulations on the extension, Mudeer Kabeer!"
Kabeer's case proves that the strength of communal support can move mountains!
