This step comes in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030 to boost the county’s capital market infrastructure and create a greener future, Al-Jaida added.

The forum, which took place in Doha on Monday, features economists, banking experts, and industry thought leaders who spoke in panel discussions under the theme 'From Sustainable Financing to Debt Capital Markets, Uncovering Solutions for the Future of Banking in Qatar.'

Qatar's sustainable finance market is expected to reach a global value of over $22 trillion by 2031, which results in enhancing the country's economy and attracting more investors.
