- 3 onions, finely diced
- 1 bulb of garlic, grated
- A big piece of ginger, grated
- 3 whole green chillies
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 800g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 capsicums, diced
- 5 tbsp white vinegar
- Coriander leaves for garnish

- Saute Onions, Garlic, and Ginger
تم نسخ الرابطAdd oil to a cooking pot and add onions to it. Saute onions until golden, then add ginger, garlic, and green chillies to the pot. Fry for a few minutes.
- Fry Chicken

- Add Tomatoes and Spices to Make Curry
تم نسخ الرابطAdd tomatoes to the chicken and cook until the water they release dries out and the oil starts to separate from the chicken and tomatoes. Add all the spices, vinegar, and capsicum. Stir thoroughly until everything is properly blended. Add 1/3 cup of water and stir again. Leave on medium heat for 20 minutes, so that the curry cooks properly and thickens.
