Huda Kattan Reclaims Full Ownership of Huda Beauty

In a landmark move in the beauty industry, Huda Kattan, the founder and powerhouse behind Huda Beauty, has officially reclaimed full ownership of her brand.

Kattan announced the news on Tuesday, June 3, confirming that she has repurchased the minority stake held by private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners, which they had bought in 2017, thereby regaining 100% control of Huda Beauty.

The beauty mogul said, "Taking back full ownership of Huda Beauty is a deeply very important moment for me. It says that while many of us dreamers have visions that we are told are too big or not possible to do alone, in actuality, you have all the power you need to change the world yourself!"

Kattan's husband, Christopher Goncalo, is co-CEO, and her sister, Ayla, is in charge of the company's social strategy. The news comes four months after Kattan parted ways in business with her sister Mona Kattan and her fragrance brand Kayali

By taking full control, Huda Kattan has emphasized her commitment to expanding her horizons and supporting her beauty community.
