- 100 g of roasted vermicelli, broken into small pieces
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1-2 cardamoms
- 2 tbsp kewra water
- 6tbsp sugar

- Toast Nuts
تم نسخ الرابطHeat the ghee in a heavy deep bottom pan. Toast the nuts in the ghee until they become brown, stirring continuously to avoid burning. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Toast Vermicelli

- Make Sheer Khurma
