The official and national of United Arab Emirates is Arabic. It is the official langauge in all government offices and spoken widely among the native Arab community.
All road signs are in Arabic with English subtitles and most of the local media's also in Arabic.
Thirty percent of the UAE’s population is from India. Majority of expatriates from the India and Pakistan has made Hindi and Urdu as a local language, and several other languages from Philippines, Indonesia and Bengali also common.
English is mainly used in the educational system, English is the most common language in UAE and is the language of trade and business.
