Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal Announce Pregnancy

Katrina Kaif (42) and Vicky Kaushal (37) have officially announced they are expecting their first child together, sharing the news with a tender Instagram post.

The couple revealed a photograph in which Katrina cradles her baby bump, with Vicky beside her, and accompanied it with the caption: “On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude.”

The announcement was met with an outpouring of love and excitement from fans and peers alike. Followers flooded the post with congratulatory messages, one fan playfully speculating, “Chota kat ya vicky aa raha hai” (A tiny Kat or Vicky is about to arrive), while others praised the couple’s joy and warmth.

Bollywood celebrities such as Varun Dhawan expressed their happiness, with Varun writing, “My heart is full.” 

For Katrina, the news fulfils a long-cherished dream. She had previously spoken about her desire to have a family, expressing the importance of marriage and motherhood in interviews.

The couple first met the public speculation of pregnancy when photos from a recent ad shoot showed Katrina with what appeared to be a visible bump. 

Katrina and Vicky were married in December 2021 at a lavish wedding at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan. Although both are prominent Bollywood actors, they have yet to share screen space in any film. As fans eagerly await more updates, the announcement has already become one of the most talked-about moments in Bollywood this year.
