Assange attended at the festival for the premiere of The Six Billion Dollar Man, a documentary directed by Eugene Jarecki that chronicles Assange's personal and legal journey. The film, which features previously unseen footage and intimate moments from his time in political asylum and incarceration, was showcased in the Special Screenings section of the festival.
