Numbeo has listed Doha as the second safest city in the world in 2023. In addition to Doha, other GCC cities have made it to the top fifteen this year.

This calculation is done based on surveys that are taken of the residents from these cities. Doha's ranking shows that the fear of robbery and vandalism is the lowest in the city. The index ranking also emphasizes that Doha is considered to be a very safe place when it comes to walking in the streets during nighttime.
